Okay... i still haven't found the time to compose a long one... but "24' is on tonight. What can I say? Say something meaningful, or watch "24"?
On another front...
I've pretty much decided that 2006 will be the year of high definition (I'm talking video here). I have pretty much everything I need to produce in HD, except a camera. I managed to stave (is that really a word?) off the urge to update my HD projector... so I can use that money toward an HD camera.
Now if I can just figure out how to make money with it!

I read where the new HD-DVD's/BluRay (or whatever it's called) players will only work with monitors with HDMI/DVI connection...so a lot of people with HDTV's are out of luck. But you're okay with the digital projector there, yes? It has HDMI.
Of course, it also sounds like there's going to be yet more evil copy protection on the media, but that's a whole 'nother can of beans.
